DIET OPTIONS (You will be asked to choose your preference in your questionnaire):
A Weekly Meal Plan: Each meal plan provided is pre-made by me. Your meal plan is customized by your height, weight & age..so no two meal plans will be the same. Meal plans are given on a weekly basis, so once you have checked in for the week with an updated weight.. I will make changes accordingly & change up the meal plan for that week. I will never make you eat something you don't like, so feel free to let me know in advance. Meal plans can be personalized by your preference, just a matter of asking!

A Weekly Set Of Macros: For my more advanced clients, I like to have you on macros. When choosing this option, please make sure you're familiar with the My Fitness Pal app to track your food. HOWEVER: If you're not familiar with macro’s but you're interested in learning how to work with them.. I have no problem teaching you. Macro’s are for those who like to be independent with what they eat. Macro’s will also be customized by person’s height, weight and age. Also will be adjusted on a weekly basis based on that week's results.
TRAINING PLAN:
I will be providing you with a weight training/cardio plan. This will a three phase program.. so if you're a total beginner, no need to worry! I will walk you step by step through the process. Please note: If you do not have a gym available to you, let me know! I am able to provide a home training routine.. so you're all set. All I ask is that you have some equipment on hand (dumbbells, resistance bands, kettle bells..etc)—You will also be receiving a customized amount of cardio per day. Cardio will also vary week-to-week depending on your results.

VIP Email Access + iMessage. You will have access to a VIP email & my personal iMessage which gives you the easiest access to reach me. These Emails/iMessages are responded to within a 24 hour time period.
WEEKLY CHECK IN:
Each Sunday there will be a check in day. Every SundayI require that you send me an updated weight. I will need an updated weight to make changes to your diet so we can keep the transformation process moving. If you have a meal plan, you will receive a new one for the week on this day.
Last but not least! PLEASE understand before hiring me, that I can only do so much through Email/iMessage etc. I need you to stay consistent... if something goes wrong you must be honest with me & let me know so I can help you get back on track. I don't ever want to have to send the "haven't heard from you" message... so PLEASE make sure you're willing to commit beforehand. I will be there to help you, as long as you're willing to help me, help you.
